The Board is configured with rolling membership, ensuring EK can consistently access the most innovative leaders in the industry. EAB members remain independent from EK, ensuring they offer unique perspectives and help us to challenge assumptions and the status quo in service of our clients.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/strong>Malcolm Hawker<\/strong><\/p>\n

Malcolm Hawker is a thought leader in the fields of Data Strategy, Master Data Management (MDM), and Data Governance.\u00a0 As a former Gartner analyst, Malcolm has authored industry-defining research and has consulted some of the largest businesses in the world on their enterprise data and analytics strategies.\u00a0 Having served as a Chief Product Officer, Head of IT, and strategic business consultant, Malcolm is an industry leader with over 25 years\u2019 experience at the forefront of data-enabled business transformations. Malcolm is a frequent public speaker on data and analytics best practices, and he cherishes the opportunity to share practical and actionable insights on how companies can achieve their strategic imperatives by improving their approach to data management. When not sharing his passion for data or recording episodes of the CDO Matters podcast, Malcolm is an avid hobbyist landscape photographer and lives with his wife and two dogs in a small beach town in Florida.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/strong>Mel Richey<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dr. Mel Richey leads Merigold Analytics as the CEO and Lead Analytic Methodologist. Her areas of expertise include the design and implementation of machine learning-based technologies and generative AI, agent-based modeling and simulation, technical diligence for M&A, graph analytics, serious game development, and the cognitive and behavioral sciences. Throughout her 10+ years of government contracting, she has developed several sole-sourced IC client programs, led competitive technical prototype teams, and fostered technical practice areas and competency across multiple services organizations. Mel is an avid gamer, international traveler, adjunct professor, and chef\u00a0who enjoys the wonders of worldbuilding, technical solutioning, foreign flavors, and immersive storytelling. She holds a BS in Linguistics from the University of Florida, an MS in Intelligence Studies and Analytic Methods, and a Ph.D. in Computational Social Science.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Mohammed Aaser<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mohammed Aaser is Domo’s chief data officer, where he helps Domo and its customers build innovative data apps and modern data experiences that accelerate key business processes and optimize strategic outcomes. He also works closely with the company’s data and technology partners to extend the power of Domo’s robust ecosystem of integrations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Prior to Domo, Mohammed was CDO at McKinsey and Company, where he championed the strategic use of data across thousands of client initiatives in all industries. He led the firm’s data innovation capabilities, accelerating development of data apps by combining deep industry knowledge with cutting-edge data sets, data management technology and data engineering. He also helped launch and build McKinsey’s analytics practice – focused on helping companies scale their data and AI initiatives – and served as the practice’s head of operations and strategy. Prior to McKinsey, Mohammed held leadership roles at Ameriprise Financial, where he led the organization’s marketing strategy and analytics transformation.
